PASSERIFORMES: Monarchidae
Myiagra cyanoleuca
I wasn't sure whether this was a Leaden Flycatcher or a Satin Flycatcher.
Ornithologist Graeme Chapman on his very useful web site suggests that the curve up or down of the breast band and colour from below of the tail feathers are diagnostic features.
Unfortunately, I could see neither.
I am grateful to experienced birders Michael Ramsey of Bronzewing Birding Services and Pauli Pariah of Birds of Oz who viewed the photograph and came down on the side of Satin Flycatcher.
